The HR Specialist - Recruitment is responsible to perform recruitment activities including but not limited to recruitment, screening, hiring, on-boarding, training, and additional activities that support the Human Resource Department.
They are responsible in understanding and maintaining the facility's headcount goal and contribute to meeting these goals by performing and assisting in these recruitment and supporting activities.

Level I:
Perform recruitment activities for entry levels of manufacturing and supporting positions.
Perform interviewing, screening, hiring, on-boarding, mentoring and training processes.
Comprehend manufacturing need to run headcount and employment gap goal, and maintain by performing successful recruitment processes.
Assist and perform processes that encourage career development of people and retention of a safe, diverse, competent and effective workforce.
Collect, maintain and analyze data supporting recruitment and other Human Resources activities.
Maintain consistent knowledge of labor market conditions and effective predict lead time needed to meet recruitment goals.
Assist in completing Market Wage Analysis when needed.
Create and follow an effective recruitment plan that supports maintaining headcount and increasing in headcount in order to be prepared for either recruitment scenario.
Assist in the processes that track, report and audit plant metrics, targets and goals.
Assist in plant activities for employee involvement including opportunities for recognition, wellness, and community interaction and employee engagement.
Support and assist in additional activities that support the Human Resource Department such as payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, employee relations, reporting and more.
Other duties as assigned.
Level II:
Higher degree of capability and proficiency in all aspects of performance as compared to HR Specialist I.
Level III:
Higher degree of capability and proficiency in all aspects of performance as compared to HR Specialist II.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma/GED.
Experience working in a recruitment role in manufacturing required.
5
years' experience preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity Laws as relevant for recruitment processes.
Experience working with Microsoft computer software.
Ability to collect and analyze data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented.
Travel:
Some travel may be required.

Work environment:
Hours of work on site usually coincide with the shift of production department (6:
00AM - 4:
30PM, Mon - Thursday).
Some Friday work may be required.
o The work schedule requirement is 10 hours per day, 4 days per week.
Hours worked per week are 40-50.
o Approximately 90% of time is spent in an office environment performing duties.
o Approximately 10% of time in a manufacturing environment to perform tours and communicate with employees.
o Must dress and present oneself in a professional manner.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
